MOVIE REVIEW PATIENT X:The latest movie of Richard Gutierrez, PATIENT X is a sure Halloween treat for everyone. His performance together with Christine Reyes and Richard's brother made the movie terrifying and worth considering for International release. It is Rated R-13 that is why I was not able to watch the movie with my son but upon watching I presume that it definitely should be rated that way because of blood and gore. Although by my standards it is still way below films like Final Destination and SAW.

MOVIE REVIEW PARANORMAL ACTIVITY: Paranormal Activity (at least the one we watched online) appears to be a real documentary and you will even ask yourself if it is real or just a film. The seeming realism in filming it is what made it appeal to viewers and not the actual "scare" factor.

We were not scared or screaming per se but we are focusing the entire time on every angle of the camera which the whole time instills a truthful and reality unfolding on every recording of the camera.

Mr. Bean goes to the swimming pool

I would gladly pronounce and claim that Mr. Bean is probably the funniest TV series and character ever made. Without much talking and says about things his actions, mannerisms and ways pinch the deepest laugh in everyone who had watched his hilarious episodes on television and movie adaptations.

It was due to this that in time Rowan Atkinson decided to relieve himself of the burden of Mr. Bean because people in reality think that he is as dumb as his character is.

Yesterday more than 40 blogs and bloggers in the Philippines joined the Blog Action Day on Climate Change. Two of my blogs participated, "Newz Around Us" and "Pagod Ka Na Bang Maging si Juan?". Today I calculated my carbon footprint using the calculator below and it turned out that I am a heavy emitter. That's sad for me of course but it is not only me because it is the total footprint considering we are six in the household. My total carbon footprint is 4.19 tonnes of CO2 per year (you can get your footprint by using the calculator below).

The movie "Jay" which stars Baron Geisler and Coco Martin seems to be a movie that is beyond the ordinary in the usual Philippine Movie scene. No wonder because Jay was included in about 10 International Competition which includes Berlin, Geneva, Barcelona, Mexico, Bangkok, Bahamas, Korea, London and Greece. The script of "Jay" was in fact the grand prize for the 2007 Cinemanila-FDCP Scriptwriting Contest. The story is simply captivating and may in fact have a touch of realism to it.

Starmometer is the number 1 Entertainment Blog in the Philippines of course the Philippine Entertainment Portal (PEP) can protest that. Stafrmometer had provided us with updated entertainment news not only from the Philippines but from around the world.

On the occasion of the 2009 Philippine Blog Awards I am casting my vote for the National Bloggers Choice Awards for Starmometer. Their dedication, popularity and contribution to the blogosphere surely deserves our vote.

I am also hoping that others will also cast their vote for Starmometer.

Chris Bolado had been kicked out of the game after Charles and Mika decided to vote for him. Chris said that he have nothing against Charles and Mika and that he accepted what happened.

Chris and Justin will face-off for the right to remain in the game at Isla Purgatoryo and then join the possible merger which might be happening this coming week. Will Justin continue his winning streak or will Chris be the first one to defeat him and deliver a strong blow to the first ever transsexual castaway.

The video below had been circulating in social networking sites. It is a video of a person which looks like a kid and is puffing out smoke in a very grown-up and "cool" way as some says. There are though those which says that the kids mannerism is too grown up and he is probably a midget.
