I am not a fan of Clint Eastwood but when I saw the trailer of Gran Torino, I told myself that I am going to watch tat movie. So I did watch Gran Torino and I was satisfied with the movie to the very end.

Gran Torino is a story about a man named Walt Kowalski who was just widowed. e lived a very serious and unhappy life, alienated from her children and also from the world outside. He even has no respect for religion and had not confessed for many years.

It was a bit confusing at first and indeed writing it before even watching the finale was a big mistake. I would say that I did understand the Lost Finale and what did happened. Not all of the characters died but indeed some of them survives. The some of those in the Lost Ending did get out of the island, survived and died.

John Lennon's Imagine: Is It Possible?

Every time I heard John Lennon's song I was struck by its message. Is it possible that all the cost of our war, fighting and bickering are because of things which makes us different and establishes a raging identity that competes with others?

What if we for once and stop and consider the message of John Lennon's song, "Imagine."

Environmental speakers takes awesome pay as they speak about Climate Change in an event in which the rich can only afford. The Al Gore event in Manila is one of the examples whereby the needed knowledge on Climate Change is only exclusive to those who can pay for such knowledge.

In the face of all that is happening I am being hounded by a barrage of people asking me, "What's happening to your candidate?" Most of them are disappointed and the fact is I am also being affected by it. During the course of the Nick Perlas campaign I had been a spokesperson of Partido ng Marangal na Sambayanan (PANGMASA) and the National Campaign Coordinator. In the course of all the campaign I had helped this would probably the worst experience that I had.

The platform advocated by Nick Perlas is the best platform, his background and accomplishments weigh greater than all his opponents but for me his hardheadedness and own decisions was the cause of his defeat in this electoral process.

Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes' new movie "You to Me are Everything" is simply a movie full of lessons and fun.

My beloved Mei and I decided to watch this movie last May 6. It was a day where we opt to go to the movie to have a time off our problems and other personal matters. And frankly, we had fun watching "You to Me are Everything."

Movie Review: Clash of the Titans

Clash of the Titans is one of the classical films that was resurrected with great success as a 2D film. I say as a 2D film because many of those who have watched the 3D version of Clash of the Titans were disappointed.

Clash of the Titans was the epic battle of Perseus, a demigod or half god and half human against the wrath of Zeus manipulated by Hades.

I would like to agree and borrow this quote from Carlo Angelo Vargas, "Nick is my cadidate but now Aquino is my president," this statement calls for healing and seeing beyond the difference of election and serving for our country.

I would also like to say that I have the same view. With all honesty I do not like Noynoy Aquino. As I have said in my blog, "Pagod Ka Na Bang Maging si Juan?" he is not the best choice for president but the people have spoken and they choose him.

Every election we keep hearing people say "VOTE WISELY!", "VOTE WISELY FOR PRESIDENT!" I am quite curious as to who this Wisely is and why can't he win any elections?

There are rumors which says that the COMELEC is always disqualifying him because he cannot launch a nationwide campaign.

A reliable source says that Wisely cannot even afford to go to the COMELEC because he has no money to pay for his fare.

The Day the Philippine Pearls Stood Still (May 5, 2010)

Time is ticking fast. We are fast approaching "The Day The Philippine Pearls Stood Still". We are on the verge of breaking down as a nation. But we still have ample time, it is not yet over till it's over. As New Politics clashes with Traditional Politics on the campaign, we the Pearls of New Politics have made a firm stand until the end. The clash between Titans "TraPos" shows that we could wage a nationwide campaign. We have made a good fight. We showed them that ordinary men did this.
