If there will be things to remember during the proclamation day for President Noynoy Aquino it will be first and foremost the "price tag" found on his shoes as observed by Sen. Chiz Escudeo and the second would be Aquino's "jukebox" remark to a foreign correspondent.

Early during the start of the proclamation a twitter message was passed on with Sen. Chiz Escudero saying that he saw Noynoy Aquino's shoes with the price tag still on. It seems that the newly proclaimed President's shoes is newly bought. This is a very Filipino culture since most Filipinos tend to wear new things during special occasions.

After his proclamation President Noynoy Aquino held his first ever press conference as the newly proclaimed president. Nearing the end of the press conference a reporter, probably Japanese asked Aquino with a question he said was previously asked. Aquino replied, "I am not a jukebox to keep repeating my answers."

If there were other memorable events during the session that would be the boring speech of Rep. Arthur Defensor. The long speech was mauled with impatient statements of those watching from online live stream as well as by yawns and half asleep Congress people. Luckily it was not one of those very long speeched formerly delivered by Rep. Defensor.

Sen. Nene Pimentel also grabbed a memorable moment when he said, :"Hail to the chief and blessed be his vice!". Something that is beyond the ordinary from a very serious senator like Nene Pimentel.

The halls of Congress was also filled with yellow color and the "L" sign. Interestingly Noynoy's President, Jejomar Binay is an original part of Cory Aquino's Laban which helped Cory became president in 1986. He was called Rambutito that time.

On the sidenote, the size of the family of Aquino and Binay was also very evident. Noynoy Aquino has a few while Jejomar Binay's proclamation on the podium looks like he had the whole barangay with him.

Now, back to the press conference. This could have been the press conference with the most number of final questions. I count it all and there are about 15 last questions. Judging Aquino's answer to every question, they are very simple and well to be honest lacks substance.

President Noynoy Aquino and Vice President Jejomar Binay will hold office starting July 1, 2010 until June 30, 2016.

Our Congratulations to President Noynoy Aquino and Vice President Jejemon, I mean Jejomar Binay!
